Savary Island Official Community Plan
Bylaw No. 403, 2006

The Savary Island Official Community Plan, Bylaw No. 403, 2006 was adopted on February 22, 2007. This Official Community Plan was amended by the Board on July 30, 2010 by instituting development permit provisions over District Lot 1375 for the protection of shoreline areas, inland dune areas and ecologically sensitive areas; amending text related to heritage resources; and adding a new section for the protection of heritage conservation areas within District Lot 1375.
