Welcome to the Powell River Regional District’s new on-line mapping site. This initial release is of cadastral (legal) mapping for lands north and south of the City of Powell River, excluding Savary Island. Eventually, cadastral and other types of mapping will be available for all areas in the region.

Each map contains:

• Lot Lines & Legal Annotation (House Numbers available soon)
• Roads
• Parks
• Water Features
• First Nations Reserves

Our maps are downloaded as .pdf files, and will require Adobe Reader to be installed on your system. Adobe Reader 9.0 or later is recommended. With a few simple steps using standard Adobe features, you can turn layers on and off, identify coordinates (latitude and longitude), search for text, and save, print and email your final map.

These maps have been compiled for your information and convenience using data derived from a number of different sources with varying levels of accuracy and precision. You are advised to verify all legal descriptions with the BC Land Title and Survey Authority. Should you find any errors, omissions or discrepancies in the maps, please contact the Regional District Planning Department.
