Where the month starts on a Wednesday or Thursday, the Planning Committee meeting will be moved to the 2nd Tuesday.
The meeting schedule will vary to accommodate statutory holidays, summer vacation period, Union of BC Municipalities AGM and the Christmas season. Also, additional committee meetings will be scheduled for special purposes and in January to consider budgets.

Meeting Locations
City Hall is located at 6910 Duncan Street in Powell River. Regional board and regional hospital board meetings are held in council chambers on the second floor.
