the Powell River Regional District / Hospital District.
MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE 2011
Please note date and time changes to some Standing Committee meetings.

| 3rd Tuesday | Planning | 4:00 pm RD Office |
| 3rd Thursday | Committee of the Whole | 4:00 pm RD Office |
| 4th Thursday | Regional Hospital Board | (Mar/June/Sept/Dec) 7:15pm City Hall |
| 4th Thursday | Regional Board | 7:30 pm City Hall |
Where the month starts on a Wednesday or Thursday, the Planning Committee
meeting will be moved to the 2nd Tuesday.
The meeting schedule will vary to accommodate statutory holidays, summer
vacation period, Union of BC Municipalities AGM and the Christmas season.
Also, additional committee meetings will be scheduled for special purposes and
in January to consider budgets.
